Service

KOOFFICE provides hosted inference for open-weight models through OpenRouter. Access, billing, and acceptable use are governed by your agreement with OpenRouter. These terms describe our part of the service.

Models

Models are served under their original licenses. For example, Qwen3.8 27B is served under the Apache License 2.0. Outputs are generated by the model and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without warranties of any kind. Capacity is limited. When servers are at capacity, requests receive HTTP 429 so OpenRouter can route them elsewhere. Current status and measured performance are published at /status.

Data

Our handling of prompts, completions, and metadata is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KOOFFICE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
