Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-27. Operator: KOOFFICE.

This policy covers the inference API that KOOFFICE operates and offers through OpenRouter.

Prompts and completions

• Prompts and generated completions are processed only in memory to produce the response.
• We do not store, log, or retain prompt or completion content after the request finishes.
• We do not use prompts or completions to train or fine-tune any model.
• We do not share prompt or completion content with third parties, except that it transits Cloudflare's network as described below.

Metadata we keep

For billing, capacity planning, and reliability, we record per-request metadata without content: timestamp, model, API key identifier, internal server identifier, HTTP status, token counts (prompt, cached, completion), latency, and throughput.

• Request metadata is kept for up to 90 days.
• Operational logs, which also contain no prompt or completion content, are kept for up to 7 days.

Where data is processed

• Inference runs on GPU servers operated by KOOFFICE in Japan.
• Requests reach those servers through Cloudflare (Workers and Cloudflare Mesh), which acts as our network processor. Traffic is encrypted between OpenRouter and Cloudflare, and between Cloudflare and our servers.
• Each request to a server is authenticated with a per-server signature.
